Refund policy

​If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return and dispatch the items within 14 calendar days of receipt. We are happy to offer a refund on items that are returned to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Policy

  • All items should be returned new, unused, and unaltered with the original packaging.
  • Any dust bags and tags provided as part of the original packaging should also be returned.
  • La Sieste Toronto has the right to deny returns that are damaged, worn or altered and have the items re-shipped to you.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items purchased at a discount of 50% off or more are considered final sale and are not returnable.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened.
  • We cannot accept returns on customized items. 

Damaged/Faulty Goods

  • Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • If any item you purchase is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lasieste.ca or live chat with us. Please kindly attach photos of the damaged part. If it is due to our fault, we will offer you a full refund or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer.
  • If the fault occurs within 30 days, we will offer you a free repair or send you a replacement, depending on the case. Please note that wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping back and we highly recommend using tracked shipping and purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Refunds

  • Once your return parcel is delivered, we will process your return within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation on your return.
  • We will credit the full amount to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping fee.
  • The refund should be processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Please note that this time may vary and we cannot act on it.

Late Returns

  • Returns that are requested outside of the 14-day timeframe are considered late returns. Late returns will only be accepted in the case of damaged/faulty orders.

Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order.
