Do you offer clip-on versions?

Yes we do! The majority of our designs come with the clip-on option. We use quality 14k gold plated clips that both look real and are comfortable to wear.

 

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We will be happy to create your own one-of-a-kind pieces! Please feel free to send us your request through email at info@lasieste.ca or live chat with us. We will do our best to fulfill!

 

What is your processing time?

All our products are handmade to order so please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be fulfilled. 

 

Can I change the shipping address?

Shipping address can only be changed once only if the order has not been sent. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If the order has already been sent, a $10 processing fee will apply. 

  

What if my parcel was lost in transit?

This rarely happens. In most cases, the parcel is just delayed due to the current situation. But if you didn't receive your parcel, we would be happy to contact the carrier and open an investigation on your behalf. And if the investigation showed the parcel was lost in transit, we would be happy to issue a full refund on your order or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer.

  

What if my items arrived faulty?

We apologize if you received a faulty product. Your satisfaction is our NO.1 priority. Simply contact our customer service team at support@lasieste.ca or live chat with us, we will be happy to further assist you.
